How to Get Support

Email support is our main support avenue: Please use support@onlinesystems.co.za or johan@onlinesystems.co.za. This is for any queries or support (ie hosting, etc).

Office Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 (weekends email support).

Consulting: We use an online booking tool for consulting. Skype sessions are R600 / hour (increments of 30 minutes @ R300 per session).

Phone Calls: Our office number is 012 023 0585.

Whatsapp: You are more than welcome to send me a whatsapp message. I will respond ASAP ... 082 325 3082 (that is for Johan ... there is a good chance I am working on a campaing, developing strategies, with a client or doing training. Please leave a message, I will get back to you ASAP). 

Campaign Reviews or Updates: We schedule time to review campaings. If you want to discuss something else, please use the booking tool to schedule a time.

System Support: Need to know how something works? The first point of contact is the system provider. If you need further help, use the support email or book consulting time.

Content Updates: R400 / hour (images, links, words).

Advanced Support: R600 / hour (backups, passwords, updates)

Work Schedule: We plan work on a Monday for the week. Work requests received in the week will be put on the planning schedule the following Monday for that week or following week depending on workload. 

Urgent / Rushed Jobs: If something needs to be done within 24 or 48 hours it is a rushed job and might attract additional fees.
